Affordable housing investment
The UK needs affordable housing to get families off of waiting lists and into suitable, sustainable homes all across the country. Are you ready to help us make this happen?
What is affordable housing?
Put simply, affordable housing is housing that serves people who can’t buy their own homes in the current private housing market.
By creating a network that facilitates affordable housing investment, we aim to delive brand-new affordable homes every year across the UK. Avenues such as Shared Ownership will allow prospective buyers to purchase a share in a new build flat, apartment, studio, or house – getting them on the property ladder faster in a flourishing town or city.
“It’s only possible to deliver on our ambitions through the great partnerships we work with” – Ben Denton, CEO
Why invest in affordable housing?
The National Housing Federation estimates that 145,000 new affordable homes are needed each year to serve the 1.3m families in the UK currently on waiting lists. However, the current number of affordable homes actually being built annually sits around 50,000.
By working with us to deliver affordable housing investment at developments across the country, you can be instrumental in improving the lives of families and first-time buyers in the UK.
