LGAH will pay up to £5,000 towards your home purchase when the property is reserved during the month of March 2023. This offer is available at the sole discretion of LGAH and we reserve the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee.

This promotion is available at The Acer Apartments, Hampton Tower at SQP, Leon House, Trent Park and The Moorings only and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or incentive.

The total value of the incentive is capped as a one-off sum of £5,000 which will be made available by way of deduction from monies due at completion of the purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly and the purchaser is still responsible for making their monthly mortgage repayments.
