Water Safety

Keeping water systems healthy in your home.

Water safety in your home is essential for your health and wellbeing. We take our responsibilities as your landlord seriously and work to make sure the water systems we manage are safe and well maintained. This includes managing the risk of harmful bacteria, such as legionella, and carrying out regular checks where required. You also have an important role to play by using water outlets regularly and letting us know if you notice anything unusual. This page explains what we do to keep your water safe and how you can help.
