A natural evolution, Legal & General has been involved in housing for over 20 years. We work with local authorities, housing associations and developers across the country to deliver affordable new homes.

But for us, it is about far more than just houses, it is about providing sustainable new communities and making a real difference to the quality of affordable homes available in the UK.

We aim to bring you the best possible experience in every aspect of your new home. That’s in location, design, furnishing, environment and, above all, value.

Customer Dissatisfaction & Complaints Policy

Everyone representing Legal & General Affordable Homes is committed to providing great customer service and we will always try to do our best, but we recognise that we don’t always get things right every time. We aim to resolve any issues that you have at the earliest opportunity.

If you are dissatisfied with any services provided by Legal & General Affordable Homes or any of our partners, we would like to hear your feedback.

We are committed to providing a complaint service which aims to promptly address customer dissatisfaction, investigate the cause of the issue, and to restore the level of service customers expect by taking ownership of any actions through to resolution.

As our homes are managed by our Management Providers, in the first instance please contact them to raise any concerns.

(Our complaint policy aligns with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code of Conduct. This sets out good practice standards on how landlords should effectively respond to complaints, and within what timescale.)
