This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers within 2024.

We take a socially orientated investment approach, with a commitment to delivering the housing that our society needs to address structural shortages across every dimension of the market. As a result, we have delivered 15,000 homes in the last three years. As a sustainable and responsible investor, we have made a commitment to enable all our new homes to operate at net zero carbon emissions from 2030.

We’re addressing the chronic undersupply of affordable housing in the UK

The need for good quality affordable housing in the UK is more prevalent than ever before.

Our vision is for everyone to have a high-quality, well-managed, sustainable and affordable home from which they can live better futures. However, there are not enough affordable homes being delivered to meet the housing needs. The National Housing Federation estimate that 145,000 affordable homes per year in England alone are required, with only around one-third of those being delivered.
