The L&G Affordable Homes Division has deployed over £1.1bn of investor capital in affordable homes; with an additional £300m committed to pipeline investment. We work on both urban and rural opportunities of all sizes across the UK, with a focus on long-term value, quality and delivery.
We partner with organisations that share our commitment to strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials. All new homes we deliver must achieve an EPC rating of B or above, supporting our aim to be Net Zero Carbon from 2030.

Case study – Pinnacle Group
L&G has a strong partnership with Pinnacle Group, who manage over 3,000 homes on our behalf. This includes Perry Barr in Birmingham, Witheridge in Devon and Alton in Hampshire, and their portfolio with us continues to grow.
Pinnacle provides a full range of housing management services such as resident engagement and customer service, repairs and maintenance coordination, compliance and safety oversight, and community development initiatives.
We work on a collaborative and open basis with Pinnacle across the business to ensure that we are achieving the best outcomes for our customers. We have shared ambition to deliver safe, affordable and well-managed homes backed by first-class support.
