That’s exactly what we’re working towards at Legal & General Affordable Homes (LGAH) – we’re on a mission to tackle the UK’s housing landscape and address the chronic shortage of affordable housing in the UK head-on!

With a fast-growing pipeline, we collaborate with well-known developers, housing associations and public sector bodies across the country to drive new investment into the affordable housing sector.

As part of the wider Legal & General Group, our heritage goes back over 180 years, with a solid reputation as one of the leading financial services groups. Now, we are pioneering institutional investment into the housing sector, whilst providing excellent service and quality homes.

Focusing primarily on the Shared Ownership and affordable rent markets, Legal & General Affordable Homes is creating positive, economic and social impacts on the regions and communities in which we work.

We strive to be the UK’s leading private affordable housing provider, known for excellent service and quality homes. We’ve already started to make a real difference, but we can’t do it alone.

Here we are passionate about investing in our next generation: the experts and leaders of tomorrow. Where we work

Our main office is in Farringdon, London but we also have an office in Manchester to accommodate our employees across the country.
