My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

5% Deposit Boost on Studios at The Acer Apartments

This promotion is only available for reservations made on studio apartments at The Acer Apartments in White City before midnight on 30th June 2026.

We’re extending our 5% Deposit Boost offer across our studio apartments only. We’ll contribute a total of 5% as a one-off deduction when your home purchase completes. The maximum incentive of 5% is available on a 25% share value; for example, for an apartment with a full market value of £420,000 the maximum incentive would be £5,250.

This Deposit Boost is available for all new reservations on studio apartments made from 1st April 2026.
