My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

5% L&G Contribution

This promotion is only available for reservations made on homes at The Acer Apartments before midnight on 28th February 2026, and reservations made on homes at East River Wharf and Cavalier Court before midnight on 31st March 2026.

We’ll contribute a total of 5% as a one-off deduction when your home purchase completes. The maximum incentive of 5% is available on a 25% share value; for example, for a £500,000 FMV apartment, the maximum incentive would be £6,250.

The 5% L&G Contribution is available for all new reservations made from 1st January 2026. This offer is at the sole discretion of L&G and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. L&G reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to payment of the reservation fee. Offer expires after 28th February 2026 on reservations made at The Acer Apartments and Cavalier Court, and 31st March 2026 on reservations made at East River Wharf. Please speak to a Sales Consultant for further details.
