My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers within 2024.

5% Deposit Boost

Legal & General Affordable Homes will contribute towards your home purchase when the property is reserved before midnight on 31st October 2024.

This promotion is only available for reservations made on homes at Trent Park and The Acer Apartments.

We’ll contribute a total of 5% as a one-off deduction when your home completes. The maximum incentive of 5% is available only on a 25% share value, i.e. for a £500k FMV apartment, the maximum incentive would be £6,250.

This offer is available at the sole discretion of Legal & General Affordable Homes and is not available in conjunction with any other offer and we reserve the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee.
