My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

£2,713 deposit boost and £2,500 towards your move

This promotion is only available for new reservations made at Cavalier Court before midnight on 31st December.

The £2,713 deposit boost contribution will be a one-off deduction when your home purchase completes. The £2,500 towards your move is a one-off payment after the completion of your new home. The maximum incentive of 5% is available on a 25% share value; for example, for a £217,000 FMV home, the maximum incentive would be £2,713.

This offer is available for all new reservations made from 5th November 2026.
