My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

5% deposit contribution

L&G will contribute 5% towards your home purchase when the property is reserved before midnight on 31st May 2026.

We’ll contribute a total of 5% as a one-off deduction when your home purchase completes. The maximum incentive of 5% is available on a 25% share value; for example, for a £500,000 FMV apartment, the maximum incentive would be £6,250.

The 5% Deposit Contribution is available for all new reservations made from 4th March 2026. This offer is at the sole discretion of L&G and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. L&G reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to payment of the reservation fee. Offer expires after 31st May 2026 on reservations made at Rivermead Gardens.
