My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

£2,500 deposit contribution

L&G will contribute £2,500 towards your home purchase when the property is reserved before midnight on 28th February 2026.

A £2,500 contribution amount is available for reservations made on homes at Clarence Place. We’ll contribute the relevant amount as a one-off deduction when your home completes and the purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly.

The Deposit Boost contribution is available for all new reservations made from 1st January 2026. This offer is at the sole discretion of L&G and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. L&G reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to payment of the reservation fee. Offer expires after 28th February 2026.
