My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

5% Deposit Boost Extension – Cavalier Court

This promotion is only available for reservations made on homes at Cavalier Court before midnight on 30th June 2026.

We’re extending our 5% Deposit Boost offer. We’ll contribute a total of 5% as a one-off deduction when your home purchase completes. The maximum incentive of 5% is available on a 25% share value; for example, for a £500,000 FMV home, the maximum incentive would be £6,250.

The 5% L&G Contribution is available for all new reservations made from 1st April 2026.
