My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

Rivermead Gardens Early Bird Offer

Legal & General Affordable Homes will contribute £1,500 towards your home purchase when the property is reserved before midnight on 30th April 2025. 

The total value of the incentive is capped as a one-off sum of £1,500 at Rivermead Gardens which will be made available by way of deduction from monies due at completion of the purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly. 

This promotion is only available for off plan reservations made on homes at Rivermead Gardens.
