My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

Deposit Boost and Home of the Month incentives

 

£5,000 Deposit Boost Contribution 

Legal & General Affordable Homes will contribute £5,000 towards your home purchase when the property is reserved before midnight on 30th November 2025. 

A £5,000 contribution amount is available for reservations made on all available homes at East River Wharf, Newham and The Acer Apartments, White City. We’ll contribute the relevant amount as a one-off deduction when your home completes and the purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly. 

The Deposit Boost contribution is available for all new reservations made from 1st September 2025 and this offer is available at the sole discretion of Legal & General Affordable Homes and is not available in conjunction with any other offer, other than the development’s Home of the Month incentive below, and we reserve the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee.  

Home of the Month Contribution 

Our Home of the Month incentive is applicable across all available 1 bedroom apartments only at The Acer Apartments, and all available 2 bedroom apartments only at East River Wharf. 

At The Acer Apartments, Legal & General Affordable Homes will contribute a £5,000 deposit boost plus up to a maximum of £3,725 across all 1 bedroom apartments only – saving you up to £8,725 towards your new home – when you reserve your new home before midnight on 30th November 2025. 

At East River Wharf, Legal & General Affordable Homes will contribute a £5,000 deposit boost plus up to a maximum of £2,062 across all 2 bedroom apartments only – saving you up to £7,062 towards your new home – when you reserve your new home before midnight on 30th November 2025. 

The Home of the Month contribution is available for all new reservations made from 1st November 2025 and at the sole discretion of Legal & General Affordable Homes and can only be used in conjunction with the Deposit Contribution – details above. Legal & General Affordable Homes reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee. The Home of the Month contribution will be calculated so as not to exceed 5% of the share value being purchased, up to a maximum contribution of the amount detailed.
