My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

£3,000 deposit contribution on homes at Sampson Green

L&G will contribute £3,000 towards your home purchase when the property at Sampson Green is reserved before midnight on 18th December 2026. This offer is applicable for all new reservations on 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes at Sampson Green made from 28th September 2026.

We’ll contribute this amount as a one-off deduction when your home completes and the purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly.
