My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

5% Spring Deposit Boost

This promotion is only available for reservations made on homes at The Acer Apartments , East River Wharf, Cavalier Court, Benson Grange and Clarence Place before midnight on 31st May 2026.

We’ll contribute a total of 5% as a one-off deduction when your home purchase completes. The maximum incentive of 5% is available on a 25% share value, or 40% share value at Benson Grange; for example, for a £500,000 FMV apartment, the maximum incentive would be £6,250.

The 5% L&G Contribution is available for all new reservations made from 1st April 2026.
