Here at Legal & General Affordable Homes, our customers voice matters. We have a panel of volunteer customers, all happy to be contacted a few times a year to give their thoughts, ideas, feedback and opinions on aspects of our product and services which we may be reviewing. Our aim is not only do customers act as a ‘critical friend’, highlighting areas we could improve, but also get involved in reviewing our suggestions.
So far our panel have shared their thoughts on documents we have published, what is important in driving value in their home, how they are managing with the cost of living to name a few.
