It is important we share regularly with you how we are doing. Each year we publish our Annual Customer Report which looks back at what we have delivered and looks forward to what is to come. Quarterly we also publish our customer satisfaction performance which includes an update on safety, complaints and overall customer satisfaction.

This map shows where we have homes, the red areas indicating where we have the most. We have recently expanded into new areas such as Maidstone in Kent, Wellingborough in Northamptonshire and Kegworth in Derbyshire and continue to deliver affordable homes across the country to meet peoples housing needs.
