We’re addressing the chronic undersupply of affordable housing in the UK
The need for good quality affordable housing in the UK is more prevalent than ever before.
Our vision is for everyone to have a high-quality, well-managed, sustainable and affordable home from which they can live better futures. However, there are not enough affordable homes being delivered to meet the housing needs. The National Housing Federation estimates that 145,000 affordable homes per year in England alone are required, with only around one-third of those being delivered.
