Improving our services – Diversity & Inclusion

We want every customer living in an L&G home to feel heard, respected and supported. To help us to do that, we’ve asked all customers to complete a short survey about diversity and inclusion.
By sharing a few details, you’re helping us tailor our services to better suit your needs. We know everyone’s different, and we want to make sure we’re communicating in ways that work for you. Some examples of how we might be able to better support you are:
- Ensuring information is available in a language and format that suits you.
- Giving you information about services in the community that are relevant to you.
- Making sure suitable considerations are taken when visiting your home or contacting you.
Taking part is completely voluntary, and the survey should only take around 10 minutes. Your information will be kept safe and only accessed by teams working to improve how we support you. You can also select “prefer not to say” for any question if you’d rather not answer.
