My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers within 2024.

Senior Customer Care Coordinator at Legal and General Affordable Homes

Andreia Pinto, senior customer care co-ordinator, explains her job at Legal & General Affordable Homes.

Andreia Pinto has been at Legal & General Affordable Homes for nearly three years, working as a senior customer care coordinator.    

She looks after both Shared Ownership and affordable rent customers, with the goal of anticipating residents’ needs and delivering an excellent customer journey. 

When new homes are being built, Andreia is on site, checking that the agreed spec is being delivered, and later making sure that all the snags are resolved.  She is on-hand to welcome new residents on their first day, showing them the facilities available and how best to use them, troubleshooting any concerns they may have and also telling them about the local area and amenities. 

Andreia spoke to Inside Housing last year as part of its ‘One to watch’ series to talk about what she loves about her job, memorable moments from her career and her plea to the sector to keep  customers central when delivering housing.  You can read the full interview here.
