You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

Thank you to all who joined us on Saturday 13th November, from 10am to 4pm, for the exclusive launch event at The Moorings in Brentford Lock, and enjoyed some complimentary autumnal drinks from our luxury hot chocolate cart.

Let’s say you want to purchase an apartment at The Moorings, valued at £385,000. Luckily, with Shared Ownership you don’t need to pay the full amount. Instead, you can opt to purchase a 25% share of the property – £96,250. You then need to raise a 10% deposit for your 25% share – just £9,625 – and secure a mortgage on the outstanding amount. 

After you have moved into the property, if you decide you want to own the property outright, you can increase your share to 100% – something we call ‘Staircasing’.
