We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

Homebuyer’s Shower: Exeter

On Saturday 7th February, L&G Affordable Housing Division (L&G) joined other housing providers at the Rougemont Hotel to meet potential buyers and discuss affordable routes onto the property ladder, including Shared Ownership.

The team were able to speak with potential homebuyers to help them understand affordable routes onto the property ladder, including Shared Ownership.

Some attendees had travelled as far as Cornwall to speak with our Sales Team! It’s obvious that there is a real appetite for affordable housing options in the region.

In the South West of England, we currently have homes in Witheridge in North Devon, and will soon be bringing forward new homes at Okehampton in West Devon.

The Exeter Homebuyer’s Show is just one of the many events we attend across the country to help educate and inform people about what we do and how we can help them.
