We are proud to launch our Customer Charters, for both Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent customers. Both charters aim to outline the standard of service that customers can expect from us, helping make sure their experience is a positive one. Making this information available to our customers demonstrates our transparency of service standards and aligns us to the Consumer Standards outlined by the Regulator of Social Housing.
