On Saturday 27th November we held an open day in beautiful Winchmore Hill and gave attendees a tour of this stunning new development.

They had the opportunity to take a stroll around the local area and explore the autumn beauty as the trees turn colour over The River New while enjoying a complimentary coffee on us, courtesy of the Coffee Break café.

You’ll then need to pay rent of £670 per month, plus a monthly service charge of £220.


Furthermore, if after you have moved into the property you decide you want to own the property outright, you can increase the share you own of your property to 100% – something we call ‘staircasing’.
