This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers within 2024.

On Saturday 27th November we held an open day in beautiful Winchmore Hill and gave attendees a tour of this stunning new development.

They had the opportunity to take a stroll around the local area and explore the autumn beauty as the trees turn colour over The River New while enjoying a complimentary coffee on us, courtesy of the Coffee Break café.

Visitors explored our one and two bedroom homes available in our brand new North London development, took a stroll along The New River and enjoyed a hot drink on us, courtesy of The Coffee Break Shop.

As of 12th November 2021, for a one bedroom apartment valued at £390,000, you can purchase a 25% share for £97,500, meaning you’ll need a deposit of £4,875. You’ll then need to pay rent of £670 per month, plus a monthly service charge of £220.


Furthermore, if after you have moved into the property you decide you want to own the property outright, you can increase the share you own of your property to 100% – something we call ‘staircasing’.
