Easing of restrictions and viewings
28 July 2021
As England has moved to step four of the roadmap for easing coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, we wanted to let you know how we’re continuing to work hard to keep safe. At Legal & General Affordable Homes, our main priority continues to be keeping our customers, employees, external stakeholders and homes protected across the country.
We want to support the easing of restrictions in line with government recommendations and will be continuing to implement a range of measures including social distancing and deep cleans of our Marketing Suites.
Here are a few of the steps we are continuing to take to ensure our spaces are a safe place to visit:
|1. If you’re attending an appointment in person, please ensure you have a prior appointment in advance to help us manage capacity. To find a development near you: Shared Ownership Properties & Schemes | Legal & General Affordable Homes (landgah.com)
|2. Consider a virtual viewing as a great way to help find your perfect home without leaving the house! Schedule yours today: Shared Ownership Properties & Schemes | Legal & General Affordable Homes (landgah.com)
|3. While no longer mandatory, we recommend continuing to wear a mask, if possible, while attending an in person viewing. Our Sales Consultants undergo regular testing and will be maintaining social distancing during viewings to keep our customers safe and at ease.
|4. Collateral and paperwork will be sent virtually as a way of minimising close contact and hand sanitiser continues to be available across all our developments
|5. Surfaces will be wiped down between appointments and we ask that you wash or sanitise your hands before your appointment
|6. We’re continuing enhanced sanitisation of our spaces and these areas will be well ventilated in between appointments
If you have COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms prior to your in person appointment, please get in touch for a virtual viewing or to reschedule.
Our teams remain committed to delivering the best for our customers, stakeholders and the communities in which we work.
