L&G wins at Property Week’s RESI Awards

From a packed list of excellent finalists, L&G’s Affordable Homes division took home the coveted Affordable Housing Award at this year’s Property Week RESI Awards.
The award recognises organisations that have made significant strides in delivering and managing affordable homes.
The judges were impressed by L&G’s innovative, blended tenure model and the combination of institutional investment with a strong social purpose. They described the organisation’s work as “a powerful example of how investment can drive meaningful, nationwide impact in housing.”
