My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

Exclusive £6,500 contribution on 2 bedroom apartments at East River Wharf

The £6,500 contribution offer is available on all 2 bedroom apartments only at East River Wharf, when the apartment is reserved between 1 September 2026 and 31 October 2026. The contribution comprises £5,000 towards the purchaser’s deposit and £1,500 towards legal fees, with the total value of £6,500 deducted from the purchaser’s completion statement. This offer is available to new reservations only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or incentive, with the exception of our £99 reservation fee offer.

The £99 reservation fee offer is available on all apartments at East River Wharf where the purchaser reserves their apartment following attendance at an East River Wharf sales event. The reservation fee is payable on reservation and subject to the reservation agreement.
