This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

Who’s eligible for the discount?

This discount is available to all UK Armed Forces personnel who are currently employed by or veterans of the Army, Navy or RAF.

Where can I use the deposit?

You can use the £500 deposit contribution on any of our Shared Ownership properties across the country. You can find the nearest homes to you using the search bar below.

Armed Forces Discount Terms & Conditions

To qualify you must currently be a serving member of the regular UK Armed Forces and have successfully passed Phase 1 of your training and you must provide us with satisfactory evidence of your status in the UK Armed Forces and that you meet these requirements, or alternatively evidence of your prior service if you’re a veteran. We will then provide a discount of £500 off the purchase price of one of our Shared Ownership homes. To take advantage of this offer you must claim before reserving a property from us. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer we currently have. Please speak to one of our sales consultants for more details.
