My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers within 2024.

LGAH will contribute towards your moving costs when the property is reserved before 1st September 2023. This offer is available at the sole discretion of LGAH and we reserve the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee.

The offer is available at The Acer Apartments, Trent Park, The Moorings, Pennicott Place and Rogerson Gardens on the selected homes only and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or incentive.

The total value of the incentive is capped as a one-off sum of £6,500 at The Moorings, £5,500 at Trent Park, £5,000 at The Acer Apartments, £1,500 at Rogerson Gardens and £1,000 at Pennicott Place, on the specified homes only which will be made available by way of deduction from monies due at completion of the purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly.

Please be aware that to be eligible you meet the Shared Ownership requirements. Some mortgage lenders may not accept incentivised offers from housebuilders and the value of all incentives offered must not exceed 5% of the share value being purchased. All incentives are subject to using a recommended LGAH solicitor.
