On the spring bank holiday, Saturday 1st May, customers had the chance to explore the 400 acres of natural parkland, and see what life could look like at this stunning London development.

This was an appointment-only event, and with limited availability between 10am and 5pm.

with Shared Ownership you don’t need to pay the full amount. Instead, you can opt to purchase a 25% share of the property – £110,625. You then need to raise a 10% deposit for your 25% share – just £11,062.50 – and secure a mortgage on the outstanding amount.
Furthermore, if after you have moved into the property you decide you want to own your home outright, you can increase the share you own to 100% – something we call ‘staircasing’.
