Please note, for a 25% share in an East River Wharf apartment we recommend a minimum household income of the following amounts based on a 5% deposit. We’re happy to discuss your specific situation and help you understand your options.

  • 1 bedroom apartments: above £50,000
  • 2 bedroom apartments: above £70,000
  • 3 bedroom apartments: above £75,000
