We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers within 2024.

On Saturday 31st July, between 10am – 1pm, we gave customers the chance to join us for Brunch at The Moorings in Brentford Lock, to explore the development, learn more about Shared Ownership and enjoy some freshly baked pastries. 

At the event, attendees had the opportunity to discover our contemporary one, two and three bedroom apartments, explore the local area and speak to our sales team about Shared Ownership and how to get onto the property ladder. 

We were joined at the event by Feather & Heart, Brentford’s brunch specialists, who provided handmade pastries, ham & cheese croissants, chicken creme brioche sandwiches, halloumi wraps and much more.

Shared Ownership at The Moorings 

With Shared Ownership, you can purchase an initial 25% share of a property at The Moorings and pay rent on the remaining share. As of 9th July 2021, for a one-bedroom apartment, valued at £390,000, you can purchase a 25% share for £97,500, meaning a deposit of £4,875 and you’ll need to pay rent of £670 per month, plus a monthly service charge of £183.99.
