Let us help with your moving costs this Spring

The cost of moving house can sometimes itself be a barrier for some people to get on the property ladder. The HomeOwners Alliance (HOA) estimates that first-time buyers will spend an average of £4,910 to move into their new home, with the average cost of moving house rising to around £10,200 if you’re also selling your existing property.

That’s why this Spring, we’re here to help. If you purchase a Shared Ownership home at one of our select developments between April 1st and June 30th, 2025, we’ll contribute up to £5,000 towards your moving costs.

Get on the property ladder fast

Our contribution can be spent however you’d like, and can be used towards some of the most common expenses when purchasing a new home.

These can include:

  • Survey costs: £400 – £1,500+ | These homebuyer reports vary depending on the size of your new property, and are essential for peace of mind
  • Solicitor fees: £500 – £1,500+ | Legal assistance is a key part of the homebuying process, as your solicitor will handle tasks such as contract reviews and legal paperwork
  • Valuation fees: £150 – £1,500 | Securing a mortgage involves other fees, such as a valuation. These are vital steps in the mortgage process, which most people need to buy their new home

This contribution could also be put towards your Stamp Duty costs, if these are applicable to your purchase. With the recent changes as of 1st April, 2025, there’s never been a better time to have a little extra help.
