Summer Celebration at Trent Park
22 June 2021
On Saturday 3rd July, between 10am – 4pm, we held our very own Strawberries & Cream event at Trent Park, North London, to celebrate Wimbledon and give you the chance to explore the development’s picturesque parkland surroundings.
Guests had the opportunity to enjoy strawberries and cream (which a staggering one in three attendees to the Wimbledon Championships consume each year), explore the development’s incredible 400 acres of parkland, take a tour of the one, two, and three bedroom apartments available and learn more about Shared Ownership.
Our expert sales team was on hand to offer advice on how to get on the property ladder with Shared Ownership and answer any of your questions.
Start a new chapter at Trent Park
Located in Enfield, north London, and conveniently close to public transport, Trent Country Park forms part of the Capital’s Green Belt. The ancient woodland pre-dates the ninth century when it was part of Enfield Wood. This is before landowners claimed the land, and years later turned it into a royal hunting forest.
Fast forward to today, and the magnificent grounds offer expansive forests, peaceful meadows, tranquil lakes and poignant historical sites for all the family to enjoy.
Shared Ownership at Trent Park
The Government-backed Shared Ownership scheme allows you to purchase a desirable property at Trent Park at a fraction of the market price. For a one-bedroom apartment at Trent Park, valued at £442,500, with Shared Ownership, you can purchase a 25% share starting from £110,625. You’ll then pay rent on the remaining un-owned share, which is £761 per month plus service charge and ground rent.
