Trent Park Event – Coffee in the Park
20 April 2021
On the spring bank holiday, Saturday 1st May, customers had the chance to explore the 400 acres of natural parkland, and see what life could look like at this stunning London development.
Attendees had an opportunity to discover life at Trent Park in Enfield, North London; our fantastic new development of one, two & three-bedroom contemporary apartments, available to purchase with Shared Ownership.
A tour of our beautiful show homes provided the opportunity to explore the high-quality specification and superior design. Coffee experts, Snapshot Coffee, were on-hand to provide guests with a complimentary coffee from their famous caffeine van.
This was an appointment-only event, and with limited availability between 10am and 5pm.
Set within the 56-acre country park estate lies The Kendrick Collection and The Chase Collection. These luxury, generously sized properties offer a serene setting to call home. All properties present light-filled rooms with a versatile design, allowing you to decorate to your personal taste.
Whether it’s the video phone entry system, integrated appliances, purpose-built cycle store or landscaped gardens, Trent Park is a collection with added benefits for your comfort. Additionally, if you’re looking to continue working from home, our two and three beds offer up the additional space to cater for your busy, working lifestyle.
Located on the outskirts of London in Enfield and conveniently close to public transport, Trent Country Park forms part of the Capital’s green belt. The ancient woodland pre-dates the ninth century when it was part of Enfield Wood. Fast forward a few centuries and the magnificent grounds offer expansive forests, peaceful meadows, tranquil lakes and poignant historical sites.
The development itself is within walking distance to local amenities on Cockfosters High Street and is less than a mile from Oakwood tube station, which quickly connects you to Central London.
Shared Ownership at Trent Park
This popular Government-backed scheme could allow you to purchase one of these desirable properties at a fraction of the market price. If you’re looking to learn more about Shared Ownership at Trent Park, our property experts will be on hand to discuss opportunities and advise.
In the meantime, here are the top line figures:
Let’s say you want to purchase an apartment at Trent Park, valued at £442,500. Luckily,
with Shared Ownership you don’t need to pay the full amount. Instead, you can opt to purchase a 25% share of the property – £110,625. You then need to raise a 10% deposit for your 25% share – just £11,062.50 – and secure a mortgage on the outstanding amount.
Furthermore, if after you have moved into the property you decide you want to own your home outright, you can increase the share you own to 100% – something we call ‘staircasing’.
