- Ridgeway Views is subject to annual household income caps which vary between £41,562 and £65,087 per annum. These caps are applicable based on Priority Groups. You can use Shared Ownership to buy alone or with another person as long as your joint incomes don’t
exceed the maximum earnings bracket. - You must have a live/work connection in the Borough of Barnet.
- You must be unable to purchase a suitable home to meet your housing needs on the open market.
- You cannot already own a home, or will have sold your current home before you purchase.
