Meet Arati and Prashan, first time buyers
Living in a 2 bedroom flat, on a high floor giving a beautiful view of the city, Arati always knew she wanted to live at the Acer Apartments. In fact, she watched the construction of the building on her commute to work everyday and always dreamed of living there.
She was privately renting a 1 bedroom apartment in Ealing before moving and knew she wanted to get on the property ladder soon. However, Arati and Prashan’s timeline sped up very quickly when her father was sadly diagnosed with Leukaemia. She needed more space, in the form of a 2nd bedroom, to be able to look after him as well as be centrally located to take him to his hospital and doctor appointments.
She told us, “without Shared Ownership, I would never have been able to get on the property in West London, let alone in such a beautiful apartment with a 2nd bedroom. We all have enough space to enjoy our home together and also have our privacy when needed.”
