Meet Leia (one year later), a mum of two and resident at Eaton Leys
When we first met with Leia in 2024, she was thrilled to be getting on the property ladder, so she and her family had somewhere they could really call home.
Since then, her family has grown with the addition of her second boy, so things have been very busy for Leia and her partner. However, being able to “just bring him home to settle in, be nice and cosy and spend time together as a family” was really ideal for them.
This new addition had also meant that Leia had gone on maternity leave, which had left them relying on her partner’s income. With Shared Ownership however, she said that the costs have still been manageable which has helped give them peace of mind.
