My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

This offer is subject to availability on selected developments and is subject to L&G’s purchasing criteria and terms and conditions for reservations of a new Shared Ownership home.

The incentive must be completed and handed to our Sales Consultant at the time of reservation. The person recommending must have already completed on their own L&G property.

This incentive is not available to employees of L&G or any person connected or related to such an employee, L&G agents or any person connected professionally with this incentive or acting in a business capacity on behalf of L&G.

The £500 per plot is not exempt from income tax or capital gains tax. The recipient of the £500 is responsible for declaring and paying any tax that may be due on this payment.
