My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

£1,000 deposit boost contribution

Legal & General Affordable Homes will contribute £1,000 towards your home purchase when the property is reserved from19th November to before midnight on 31st December 2025.

A £1,000 contribution amount is available for new home purchasers who reserve a 1 bedroom apartment at Perry Barr Village . We’ll contribute the relevant amount as a one-off deduction when your home completes and the purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly..

This incentive applies to private sales only, must be agreed at reservation and included in the Memorandum of Sale, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other travel-related offers.
