My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly and you can access it using the button above.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers soon.

£1,000 travel cost contribution

New home purchasers who reserve a home at Perry Barr Village during the promotional period from 1st October 2025, will receive a £1,000 contribution towards a bus pass or rail card, which will be deducted from the completion statement at legal completion. Applicable only for homes that come without allocated car parking.

This incentive applies to private sales only, must be agreed at reservation and included in the Memorandum of Sale, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other travel-related offers.

This offer is available at the sole discretion of LGAH and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw the incentive at any time prior to exchange without notice.
