My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers within 2024.

Save £1,000 On Legal Costs at East River Wharf

Legal & General Affordable Homes will contribute towards your legal costs when the property is reserved before midnight on 31st July 2024. This offer is available at the sole discretion of Legal & General Affordable Homes and we reserve the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee. 

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or incentive. 

The total value of the incentive is capped as a one-off sum of £1,000 at East River Wharf which will be made available by way of deduction from monies due at completion of the purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly.
