My Brolly

We have started to roll out our customer portal called My Brolly.

 

This allows you to report repairs, manage your payments, and raise a general query on top of other useful features.

 

You will be sent an email with your login details when we are ready to sign you up. Until you have this, unfortunately you won’t have access to My Brolly.

 

We hope to provide access to most customers within 2024.

The Moorings

£5,000 Deposit Boost

Legal & General Affordable Homes will contribute towards your home purchase when the property is reserved before midnight on 31st August 2023. This offer is available at the sole discretion of Legal & General Affordable Homes and we reserve the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee. 

This promotion is available at  The Moorings for all other plots not featured as  the “Home of the Month” and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or incentive.

The total value of the incentive is capped as a one-off sum of £5,000 at The Moorings, which will be made available by way of deduction from monies due at completion of the purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for assigning these monies accordingly. 

Please be aware that to be eligible you meet the Shared Ownership requirements. Some mortgage lenders may not accept incentivised offers from housebuilders and the value of all incentives offered must not exceed 5% of the share value being purchased. All incentives are subject to using a recommended Legal & General Affordable Homes solicitor.
