Estimate Household Income
When looking for your new home, it’s important to understand what you can afford. To help get an idea of the estimated affordability for a home on this development, you can apply the 25% net income approach. In simple terms, this means that a household should not spend more than 25% of their household income to pay for their mortgage, rent and service charge.
